Our Premier Room at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre

We enjoyed our time at the Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre so much that we have stayed there on three separate occasions.

For all our visits we chose a Premier Room which gave us access to the Premier Lounge for complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails.

The room décor was filled with warm earthy tones with a dash of plum in the lounge area. The room also featured a work desk, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. There was a room safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was small but modern, with a large wash basin and shower.

After a long day of travel, it was a delight to snuggle into a cosy bed. When you travel as much as we do, it is hard to find a comfortable pillow. I found the hotel pillows to be perfect, and I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

The Premier Lounge breakfast features a small selection of Malaysian and International dishes, pastries and fruit. During our stay we had the option of having breakfast in the Food Exchange restaurant, but we preferred the quiet cosy atmosphere of the Premier Lounge.

Of an evening the Premier Lounge served complimentary drinks that included a good selection of cocktails, mocktails, wine and beer. These were accompanied by a range of hot and cold light bites and sweet treats.

Is Premier Lounge Access Worth It?

The Premier Lounge is open from 6:30am until 8pm daily. It is a quiet space to catch up on work and the perfect place to escape the heat with a cool soft drink and snack.

The bar offers a good selection of thirst-quenching beverages including tea and coffee, mocktails and cocktails, beer and wine. If you are feeling hungry you can choose from a delectable range of light bites.
